My wife and I had a lifetime of media: slides, audio cassettes, audio tape on reels, scrapbooks, every possible format of videotape, and thousands of photos jammed into boxes. I've wanted to digitize it all, but was overwhelmed by the enormity of the undertaking. When I discovered Decluttered Digital, I realized the only way to get the project done would be to hand the whole thing to Courtney. She swept in and carried away the entire collection. Then she sorted through and digitized everything. She carefully removed items from scrapbooks, scanned the items and replaced them. She organized a loose collection of letterpress prints I had made in college into a lovely new scrapbook. She was especially attentive to some very old photos, which she repaired and expertly scanned. And she presented us with a gift: high-quality prints of those photos. She returned with all of the original items beautifully organized by year in archival storage boxes, and of course with a disk containing thousands of files. We are absolutely thrilled with Courtney's work.
